Meet the Maker
Hi, I’m Jeff — the hands behind the jewelry. My Brazilian-American wife Graça and I live in western Washington state, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest we both love.
Before retiring, I spent my life as a pastor and a small business owner. Once I stepped away from those roles, I found myself seeking a new outlet for creativity. I began making handmade jewelry, and what started as a creative hobby (and many gifts for friends and neighbors) turned into something more — Handmade Jewelry by Jeff.
I deeply enjoy sharing my handmade jewelry with people I know, as well as people I’ve never met. I hope you enjoy wearing these pieces as much as I enjoy making them!
Shop Policies
Many people have metal allergies. Hypoallergenic (nickel- and chromium-free) ear wires solve the problem for some, but others have skin reactions to these as well. Our earrings are available with metal AND plastic earring hooks (and bails as needed) — no metals at all are in these hooks. Each earring product has an option for you to select metal or plastic earring hooks. The plastic hooks are very lightweight, quite comfortable, and solve the metal allergies problem.
Processing Time: Normally 1 day to prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping: We ship to U.S. addresses FREE on every order regardless of how much you spend, and send USPS Ground Advantage via Pirate Ship. Packages normally arrive 3-5 days after shipment; times vary with distance and USPS circumstances.
Return Policy: Please contact me right away if there is any issue with your order.
Care Instructions: Do not wear items when sleeping, working out, swimming, or showering, and avoid too much moisture in general. Use a drop of glasses cleaner and a clean cloth to bring back the shine that can fade from fingerprints and handling.
